Ingredients:
– Eggs (lol)
– Optional: everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions:
1.) Fill a deep-ish sauce pan with 2 inches of water
2.) Place on medium heat
3.) Once water begins to boil turn down heat and gently crack eggs into water (or you can gently crack egg into a ramekin and slowly pour into water (the most important thing is to make sure the yolk doesn’t spread out and raw egg stays intact
4.) Once desired # of eggs are in the water, cut the heat completely and cover pan with lid
5.) Let eggs rest in water for 3-5 minutes (3.5 seems to be my sweet spot)
6.) Gently scoop up eggs with slotted spoon and serve however you please!
Easy Poached Eggs
