– Avocado (1 per serving)
– Toast or Hashbrown
– Salt / Pepper / Red pepper flakes
– Poached eggs (1 per slice)
– 1/2 TBSP feta cheese
DIRECTIONS:
– Poach eggs
– Mash avocado, feta cheese, salt and pepper
– Toast bread or hashbrown
– Spread mashed avocado mix on toast or hashbrown
– Top with poached egg
– Sprinkle with red pepper flakes
