Cilantro Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 eggs
– Salt
– Buffalo Sauce (I like Steve and Ed’s)
– Fresh, chopped cilantro
– Optional: Avocado on the side

DIRECTIONS:
– Spray oil into pan and turn heat onto medium / low
– Crack eggs into pan (don’t break yolks)
– Once egg whites become opaque, flip eggs
– Slowly / gently scramble, breaking yolks last
– Once yolks are broken, continue scrambling for ~30 seconds and remove from heat
– Put on plate, sprinkle salt and cilantro on eggs and drizzle in buffalo sauce
