Bang Bang Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

– Large Shrimp
– 5 TBSP Light Mayo
– 2 TBSP Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
– 2 TBSP Sriracha
– 1 TBSP Chili Garlic Sauce
– 1 TSP Cornstarch
– 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
– 2 Scallions, Chopped
– Coleslaw Mix


DIRECTIONS:

1.) Coat thawed, de-shelled shrimp in cornstarch
2.) Sautee in coconut oil until cooked through
3.) Mix up mayo, sriracha, thai chili sauce and garlic chili sauce and add shrimp
4.) Serve over coleslaw mix and top with scallions
