Ingredients:
– 3-4 lb chuck roast
– 1 pack ranch seasoning
– 1 pack au jus mix OR Lipton onion soup mix
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 jar of pepperoncini’s
Directions:
1.) Place chuck roast in slow cooker & stab with knife 4-5 times
2.) Dump ranch seasoning & au jus (or soup mix) on top
3.) Pour ~1/2 jar of pepperoncini juice into slow cooker
4.) Place 5-6 pepperoncini’s on top of roast
5.) Place cubed butter on top of roast
6.) Slow cook 8-9 hours on low or ~6 hours on high (roast should fall apart when shredded)
7.) Goes great over mashed potatoes!
