Ingredients:
– Thick chicken breasts
– Italian dressing
– Breadcrumbs
– Eggs
– Flakey salt
Directions:
1.) Cut chicken breasts into strips length-wise
2.) Whisk eggs (3-4 depending on how many cutlets you’re making) and Italian dressing together
3.) Add chicken to egg wash, let marinate for 5-10 minutes
4.) Place chicken strips into breadcrumbs and press down to flatten chicken into thin cutlet
5.) Fry in high-heat, top with flakey salt
